Within 4 days of purchase it started making an awful, "rattle" noise only after a cold start and had a very rough idle. After Chevy had it for 5 days they said it was an issue with the timing chains.

If it didn't whistle before you took it apart and it now whistles after you put it together, something did not go back correctly.
