I've sent my flash drive through the washer and dryer a couple of times and the one drive that didn't go through the dryer didn't make it. It lasted for a day and then didn't function right after that.

You need a couple gallons of milk and you soak the stained clothes in them. I don't remember how long for, but I'd do it for 24 hours or more probably.
